So far I do like them. I like them because it’s a low key item to use with little or no supervision. I have given them to my students to take home in between lessons to work on posture and extension. Some kids don’t equipment to work on their swing at home and this item helps take care of that problem.
Used with 7-9 year olds and opened their eyes to what was happening with their swing. Made adjustments and improvements in the first practice.
These are great to use with my son to work on his receiving. Just enough movement that he really needs to focus the whole time following and catching the disk.
